We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unwashed and unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise. If the item has been worn or washed, it cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.

Some products sold on our website, however, are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, as notated in the product's description.

Once we receive the returned merchandise and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order or your shipment is lost, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
